At The Michael Berry Show store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
